CG Hills — the most ambitious housing project of CG Developers, the Chaudhary Group’s real estate vertical — has announced the public opening of its mock-unit at Hattigauda, seven kilometres from New Road.
The project offers 53 independent homes with its own parking facilities spread over 20 ropanies land area. The company offers six basic house models to choose from, almost all of which are customisable to suit their clients’ needs and lifestyles.
The houses built on an area from 2,095 sq ft to 2,301 sq ft are priced between Rs 12.5 million to Rs 27.3 million. The houses are equipped with all the amenities expected in ultra-modern housing and yet maintain a touch of Nepali heritage through various accessories. The company claims to offer unique and fresh
architectural designs to create a living space exclusive, beautiful and luxurious.
Ashish Sharma, general manager of Chaudhary Group, informed that 14 houses are in different phases of construction and customers can experience the ambience and atmosphere by visiting their mock-units. Sharma assured, “We will not falter on our commitments and handover the project by December 2013.”
To motivate customers for full down payment, Satyajit Pradhan, head of sales and marketing of CG Developers, said, “We are providing 10 per cent discounts for cent per cent down payment.” On the other hand, the company has flexible payments options, along with financing system.
Reportedly, the company has already sold 20 units and are enjoying a good response from the
market. Stating that their main target is value appreciation, Sharma said, “The property should be valued with a mind on future prospects. Hence, we are not compromising on quality of our products.” He claims that
customer’s investment will go up to three times within three years.
The two-and-half storey buildings will have three bedrooms along with a maid’s room, multi-purpose room, family lounge, puja room and bathrooms. CG Hills will provide security of a gated community with restricted access, facilities of swimming pool, fitness centre, community hall and smooth and uninterrupted supply of water and electricity.
