CG Developers, the real estate division of business conglomerate Chaudhary Group, announced on Thursday that it would start delivering homes to general customers at CG Hills, Hatigauda from December 2013.
The company also declared the public opening of a mock unit at the press meet. Of the six different models offered by the company, the mock-up unit displayed for public viewing has been made in the K UP (Kitchen UP) design, it said.
Situated 2.2 km from Narayan Gopal Chok in the northern part of Kathmandu, CG Hills will feature a total of 53 stand-alone houses on an area of 20 ropanis of land. The two-and-a-half storey houses will have three bedrooms, two family lounges and a living room each. There is also a provision for customised setup for people having different requirements. As of now, 14 houses are under construction at CG Hills.
“We have opened a mock-up unit to show the general public thatCG is pressing ahead with its project despite the recent setback in the real estate industry,” said Asish Sharma, general manager ofCG Developers. “Our clients can rest assured that we will not falter in our commitment to them and to ourselves.”
Apart from houses, CG Hills will also have a swimming pool, fitness centre and community hall. According to CG Developers, prices at the housing colony start from Rs 6,500 per sq ft to Rs 8,500 per sq ft. People can buy houses having a built-up space of 2,095 sq ft to 2,301 sq ft. The company also offers easy financing facilities to buyers and provides a discount of 10 percent to those making full payment purchases, Sharma said.
